On February 23, 2013, Alameda County Supervisor Keith Carson co-hosted the
2nd Annual African American Organizations "Making Connections" event. The theme was "Strategies and Outcomes for Our Black Community". This video features the panel discussion: "Business / Job Creation / Workforce Development Strategies"
