Since 1964 the Peralta Community College District has served the Bay Area by providing students of all ages with a rande of educational programs and life-long learning opportunities. In a recent Standard & Poor's and Moody's Credit Rating Report the Peralta Colleges were all 'A's'. Chief Financial Officer Ron Gerhard gives us some information on how the ratings were affirmed.
