The Long Beach Community Studies Project and the Long Beach City College Viking Newspaper co-sponsored a debate on the proposed Oil Extraction Fee Initiative between Anita Mangles and Peter Mathews, the principal author of the initiative. The event was held September 22, 2011 on the Liberal Arts Campus of Long Beach City College.
