The Monterey Bay Regional Academy of Computing Education (mbrace) places 2- and 4-year college students in computer science and technology related internships with both industry and governmental organizations. In this presentation, the mbrace Program Coordinator introduces the mbrace Internship Program as a baseline to discuss the good, the bad, and the challenging when it comes to implementing a successful internship program.
